The Government and the People


Remember that this is for academic credit, so err on the side of formality in your text presentation. That means no "text" abbreviations, creative spelling, or neon fonts. The text is key here. Make good arguments, frame your texts in multi-paragraph posts, and make connections both to other texts on the web as well as to each other's posts. Also note that Web readers often don't have much patience; you don't want them thinking this:


Our goal is to explore the intersections of laws, politics, and people in the United States. You are welcome to use images, .gifs, hyperlinks, and embedded videos to expand on your text, but just make text the main element of any post. I hope to learn a lot from you in the next few weeks.
